are the requirements to order my prospective tenants credit
report.
By law you must have your tenants permission to run a credit
check. Before you order your free credit report you must fax us
your Membership Agreement found in the (Members area)
and your applicants signed authorization.
Forms are available in the members area if needed.

If you fill in the wrong username or password you will not be

you check your e-mail for your confirmation link. You will
receive a message from noreply@CheckFirstOnline.com

confirm your account. Once you've confirmed, you can log in.

When you log in to the member's area you will see your number.
Please use this number for all correspondence, this number will
help us locate your file more quickly and answer you
faster.
When I try to log in I am getting a message that says I must renew my membership. I have read the membership agreement and I understand that the membership renewal is automatic, why am I asked to renew?
The automatic renewal is for renewed or new members only. If you became a member prior to June 15, 2003 you will need to renew your membership. Log into the member's area to renew or CLICK HERE TO RENEW You can renew your membership for only $20.00 +
GST. Once you renew, your membership will be automatically renewed Free each year ! Please allow up to one business day
for your renewal to take effect.
Can I get my own credit report?
If you would like to order your own credit report please visit Equifax
Canada and fill in their application.>Equifax Canada
Can I get the report in French?
Yes,
check off the French button when you order your report.
Can I get a U.S. credit report?
Yes
both Canadian and U.S. files can be obtained.
