4. Once logged in, click on the Membership/Confidentiality Agreement - Then simply print sign and fax or email your ID and Membership Agreement to us.

 

Once you have completed our account setup you are ready to send in requests.

Simply have your prospective tenant complete your Rental Application - Consent form. Most Rental Applications have a consent clause above the signature. Once completed fax or email the document to us.

To order a credit report - log into the members area - Click on the order link and fill in the online form to submit your request.

You will receive an email notification letting you know when your credit report is ready.

The turnaround time is usually within 1 hour during business hours.

Once completed the credit report will be available to you in our secure members area.
 

All personal information is stored securely. Once consent forms are received and a credit report is ordered, access to the information is restricted to end-users as defined by consent forms and in accordance with Privacy Legislation. Information is stored and maintained for a period of time as required by Law and audit purposes.
